SHIPPING POLICY
Processing Time Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates Standard shipping is free. Available shipping options and estimated delivery times will be shown at checkout.
Delivery estimates:
- Standard Shipping: approximately 21 business days after processing
Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues or weather conditions.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 1-3 business days.
Customs, Duties and Taxes Depending on your destination, your order may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees. These charges are set by the destination country and are the customer’s responsibility where applicable. Eri Siciliano does not control these charges or their amount.
Damaged, Lost, or Missing Orders
If your order arrives damaged, appears lost, or is marked delivered but cannot be found, please contact us at ES@eri-siciliano.com as soon as possible. Include your order number and photos of any damage, packaging, and shipping label. We will review the issue and help coordinate the appropriate next step with the carrier or fulfillment supplier. Please keep the original packaging and damaged items until the claim or resolution is complete.
International Shipping We ship to destinations available at checkout. Shipping availability, delivery times, customs, and taxes may vary by product and destination.
